Summary of Key Benefits

Permanent Quadriplegia/Paraplegia
If your child has an accident which results in quadriplegia or paraplegia, ACE will pay $500,000.
The table of events only applies if they are permanent.

Bed Care
If your child is confined to bed for more than 24 hours as a result of an accidental injury and this is certified necessary by a Doctor, they will receive a $50 cash benefit for each day they are confined to bed, up to a maximum of 52 weeks.

Out-of-pocket expenses
If your child has an accidental injury you will also have cover for extra travel expenses, home help and student tutorial expenses up to $300 per week for a maximum of 52 weeks. An excess period of 15 days applies to this benefit.

Non-Medicare medical expenses
Non-Medicare medical expenses are payable for up to $5,000 for injuries sustained when at school or during school sporting activities.

Broken Bones and Dental Benefit
If your child suffers a broken bone or dental injury, ACE will pay a cash benefit listed on your schedule.
